The new moon is for setting intention. The full moon is for releasing. In each gathering we come together in circle — women from across the world — to mark the turning of the cycle with our bodies and our voices.
There is no performance here. No need to show up perfect, articulate, or healed. You can come mid-cry. You can come in silence. You will be held exactly as you are.
Each ceremony includes: guided meditation · breath work · group sharing · sacred ritual · closing blessing. Approximately 90 minutes. Held online via video.
